This video is going to show you how to

find your FLAC hour requirements for FLEX.

The first thing you need to do

is log in to my.sbcc.edu.

Once you land on this dashboard, come over

to the tile that says Faculty Resources.

Come down to where it says

resources and click on that.

It will open up a new page.

When you get to this new page,

click on the Faculty Load

and Compensation, otherwise known as FLAC.

That will again open up a new page.

You will find your TLU requirements or

the hours that you owe for that semester.

Over on the far

right hand side underneath TLUs.
